Dr. Derek W. H. Thomas is the Professor of Practical and Systematic
Theology and Dean of Chapel at the Reformed Theological Seminary
in Jackson, MS. A graduate of the Reformed Theological Seminary
in 1978, he recently completed a Ph.D. degree the University of
Wales.
After pastoring for seven years in Belfast, Northern Ireland, he
brings that experience combined with a contagious zeal for the Word
of God to RTS. In addition to serving in the pastorate, Rev. Thomas
has served as editor of the Evangelical Presbyterian, a monthly
denominational magazine.
He is currently preparing an article on the Eschatology of the
Westminster Confession and Divines to be included in a commemorative
volume on the Westminster Assembly.
